Users can automatically register by logging in to Gate and entering the WCTC campaign page. Registration will be open from 08:00 on October 9 to 08:00 on October 26 (UTC). The competition spans a broad array of tracks—including Spot, ETF, Convert, Stocks, Futures, and TradFi—using a unified conversion mechanism to aggregate trading performance across all products.

The WCTC S9 competition period runs from 08:00 on October 26 to 08:00 on November 25 (UTC). As the core highlight of WCTC S9, the Squad Competition features a prize pool of up to 3,200,000 USDT. Participants can create or join a team, which requires at least 1 leader and 4 members. The competition consists of two stages: Phase 1 (Oct 26 – Nov 10) and Phase 2 (Nov 10 – Nov 25). Each stage independently tracks rankings and rewards for Platform Trading Volume, CFD Volume, and Profit Rank. Teams can compete across multiple leaderboards, and the leader of the top squad with the highest cumulative volume across both phases will win a 30,000 USDT-value gold medal.

The Individual Competition runs with a prize pool of up to 400,000 USDT. Upon registration, valid trading volume across Spot, ETF, Convert, Stocks, Futures, and TradFi counts toward individual rankings. Traders reaching 20,000 USDT in converted volume qualify for the individual total trading volume leaderboard. The top 300 participants will share the unlocked prize pool based on their rankings, while those ranked 301st to 1,000th will have a chance to receive Futures Position Vouchers, giving participants across different trading volumes opportunities to compete for recognition and rewards.
